Secured Search was founded by Bamisope ("Bami") Adeyanju, a licensed attorney whose legal career has been shaped by advising sophisticated clients, navigating complex transactions, and building trusted professional relationships.

Before founding Secured Search, Bami practiced corporate law at Day Pitney LLP, where she advised public and private companies on corporate governance, securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and regulatory matters across a broad range of industries. Her experience advising executives, boards of directors, and business leaders has given her a practical understanding of the qualities law firms seek when evaluating legal talent.

Bami's legal career also includes experience with international organizations and public interest institutions, including Accountability Counsel in Washington, D.C., DLA Piper International LLP in London, and the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) in Nigeria. Across these roles, she developed a reputation for thoughtful judgment, professionalism, and a steadfast commitment to serving clients with integrity.

She holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, where she was recognized as both a Baker McKenzie Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and received several academic and leadership honors. She also earned an LL.M. from the University of Lagos and a J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Nigeria, New York, and New Jersey.
